Community Breathwork Experience
Your breath is medicine, magic, and messenger — one of the most powerful tools you carry. In this community breathwork experience, we’ll use intentional breathing, gentle guidance, and intuitive energy work to help you move out of the busy mind and back into the wisdom of your body.
This breathwork journey creates a healing container where your nervous system can soften, stagnant energy can begin to move, and stored emotions or old patterns may be gently released. Through the breath, you may access endorphins, vitality, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Come breathe, receive, release, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows how to heal.
Everyone is welcome whether this is your first time doing somatic breathwork or your hundreth! Bring a journal to write down any messages that come through, a favorite crystal, or anything else that would feel supportive to you.
