Community Brief Emotional Support Team (B.E.S.T.) Training participants will learn strategies for how to recognize, empathize, intervene, and support others who may be struggling or suffering. Participants will also have the opportunity to consider the impact of stress and trauma on their own lives, and learn effective ways to heal and stay healthy.

Open to anyone in the community, no matter training or qualifications. Seating is limited to 30 participants in order to keep the conversation robust and intimate simultaneously.
