New to acupuncture? You’re in the right place. Treatments use very fine needles (most people feel little to no discomfort), and many leave feeling deeply relaxed.

What to expect:

• Rest in a comfortable recliner in a calm, shared space
• Stay fully clothed (points are on arms, legs, ears, and head)
• Sessions last about 45-60 minutes
  

What to wear:

Loose, comfortable clothing that can roll up to elbows and knees.

Helpful tips:

• Eat a light meal beforehand
• Arrive a few minutes early
• Silence your phone to keep the space peaceful
