Day of, you’ll have little paperwork, then find a spot, roll up sleeves and pant legs if that is comfortable for you and then lara will begin.

Depends. At least 40 minutes is recommended but listening to your body’s needs is most important. Sometimes people fall asleep and sometimes they don’t, but what is most important is that they relax.

When do I need to come in?

So as soon as you purchase a ticket, email me and request if you either want come on Friday, November 22nd, between 4-7pm or Saturday, November 23rd, 10-1pm. I offer time slots in 15 min increments so depending on how many people have registered, I will offer you what is available, then reserve it.
