Community Action Agency 60th Anniversary - Film Screening "A Rising Tide"

Celebrate AC-OCAP special Anniversary and Film Event at Oakland City Hall - Council Chambers. Join us for a night of food, and light refreshments as we showcase the film, "A Rising Tide." A documentary by Cheryl Fabio explores homelessness through the perspectives of children, families, and service providers.
