As an activist and healer, I had to learn through intense burnout that recharging calls for spaces of community, resistance, movement, and protection. Come join us in this space of joy and spiritual recharge, to share and learn methods of care that protect and recharge our activism and healer energies.

If you are here it is because you inspire, motivate, activate for your community, and or are burnt out af & are seeking nourishment physical and spiritual, community.
