The Public Relations Society of America’s Midwest District is one of 10 PRSA Districts and includes 12 chapters: Central Illinois, Chicago, Greater Kansas City, Iowa, Madison, Mid-Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northeastern Wisconsin, Southeastern Wisconsin, Southwest Missouri and St. Louis. Together, these chapters include members of varying sectors, ages, diversities and skills.

<h3>A﻿bout the Panelists</h3>Jennifer Bagdade, APR - As principal of PR UNSPUN, Jennifer Bagdade advises and counsels organizations navigating change, transition and transformation to communicate at their best when it's needed most. Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of public, private, and non-profit organizations, from global enterprise and local startups to counseling clients as well as providing communication and change management strategy and execution. In addition to leading her own business, Jennifer has had extensive experience working for and with many organizations and agencies including Cargill, Travelers, Northwest Airlines and Weber Shandwick. Jennifer holds a master's degree in International Communication from The American University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor's degree in history and French from Indiana University. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Winona State University. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and Accredited in Public Relations (APR). An active member of PRSA, Jennifer served as the President of the Minnesota Chapter (2021) and remains involved PRSA and many other non-profit organizations.Jason Greenspan - Jason is Senior Vice President and Head of Client Service at The Grossman Group, an award-winning boutique communications consultancy focused on internal, leadership and change communications. Across clients ranging from retail, food delivery, private equity, CPG, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and healthcare, Jason leads teams responsible for all facets of internal communications that inform, involve, and inspire organizations. Before this role, Jason spent 20+ years at the McDonald’s Corporation, working with the company’s top leaders, including three CEOs, on business and cultural transformations. Jason brings a unique combination of skills to the world of communications, combining deep expertise in strategy, change leadership and internal communications across consulting, in-house and agency environments. Across various senior communications, strategy and leadership advisory positions, his expertise inspires human-centric change during business-defining moments.Josh Kauffman, APR, CCMP - Josh is a global change management leader at Abbott Labs. In prior roles, he led change management, public affairs (external and internal), digital transformation, marketing, and training for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits for more than 16 years. Josh has led business-driven enterprise technology programs, cloud transformations, communications, marketing, culture change, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure programs, M&A, supply chain change initiatives, transportation/logistics, insurance, startups, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, energy, and other related initiatives integrating people, process, and technology. He led the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) - Central Illinois Chapter as president, served as executive officer on the PRSA-Chicago board and chair-elect on the Midwest District board, and as advisor for the Salvation Army, Chamber of Commerce, Main Street programs, and other organizations. Kauffman also served as an executive officer on the Midwest Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals.Barbara Spitzer - Barbara is founder and CEO, Two Rivers Partners. Barbara works with boards of directors and CEOs to maximize profitability and innovation to drive growth, revenue, market share, and shareholder value with digitization, sustainability, human capital management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, resulting in large-scale, purpose-driven transformation. She has deep functional expertise focused on minimizing workforce and cultural risk by galvanizing an organization around corporate goals, including human capital management, succession planning, leadership development, operating model and organization design, total rewards, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is an experienced ESG leader, working with executive teams interpreting regulations, reforms, and movements (e.g., SEC Human Capital Management Disclosure, SEC Climate Disclosure, UN Global Compact), bringing insight and expertise to weigh options and recommend actions that minimize risk to brand and image. Greg Voeller, CCMP™ - With more than 30 years of experience in leading global change management and employee communication programs for Fortune 500 companies, Greg has helped a number of organizations and their stakeholders successfully drive change to achieve and sustain their desired outcomes. Joining Gagen MacDonald in 2017, Greg provides strategic organizational communications, change leadership and change effectiveness counsel to the firm’s clients. Throughout his career, Greg has led or provided key contributions to programs such as strategic alignment, employee engagement, organization restructurings, system launches, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, business process improvement, internal/integrated branding, and culture alignment. He has served leading companies in the insurance, transportation, financial services, manufacturing, and food and beverage industries. Greg serves as a Board member and Past President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), which is advancing the discipline of change management globally. He currently serves as Chair of the ACMP Profession Committee, building on his experience as a member of the ACMP Standard Working Group of 24 global thought leaders that developed The Standard for Change Management® for change management practitioners.
