I am very excited to announce a new offering combining herbal tea meditation and sound healing event in Highland Park. I have partnered with Scribble - a non-profit counseling center providing sliding-scale mental health care such as therapy, workshops, and classes. 20% of proceeds collected for Moonseed events is donated to Scribble to support their mission.

For these sessions, I will be joined by a rotating cast of world-class musicians. First up is Thomas Lea, a classically trained violist and violinist. He has recorded for and performed with world-renowned artists spanning many genres, such as Billie Eilish, Justin Timberlake, and Yo Yo Ma, to name a few.

Don't forget to bring your nesting materials such as a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, etc. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable for the meditation.

Her experience and training in various modalities allow her to create a uniquely, well-rounded and deeply healing experience. She offers individual healing sessions, soundbaths, workshops, and readings in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuqerque.
