Attendees are invited to network with other creatives and enjoy refreshments in the studio space.

<h3>About the Organizations</h3>

Craftwork is a multidisciplinary design and art studio exploring the nature of textiles and technology through storytelling, material-based research and installations. Our broad-based skill set focuses on creative technologies, textile fabrication, and novel materials explored through historical and cultural contexts. We intentionally engage in experimental techniques in both the physical and digital realms, frequently intertwined, to explore emerging experiences and concepts.

Intertwine Art's mission is to inspire creativity, joy, and self-confidence through free-form weaving for people of all ages with disabilities or chronic illness.Intertwine Arts envisions creating and promoting inclusive communities of weavers by partnering with organizations that provide programs and services to people with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities or chronic illness together with their families and caregivers. We aim to promote accessibility in the arts, as well as champion the legitimacy of disabled weavers in the art world. Danaleah Schoenfuss, an autistic weaver and Program Manager of Intertwine Arts, will be present to talk about Intertwine Art's work.

With an uncompromising focus on sustainability in all aspects of their work, Natascha von Hirschhausen goes beyond the circularity of their products by creating zero-waste solutions. While the conventional fashion industry experiences about 20% material losses in the cutting of garments, they have managed to reduce this wastage to less than one percent. Additionally, they exclusively utilize the best sustainable, natural materials and produce their entire collection locally. Natascha von Hirschhausen's brand offers a new approach to design, encouraging a radical change in fashion production and consumption, with a verified positive impact on people and the environment - aiming for a WasteLessFuture.
