    Welcome to Common Table.

    Common Table is an open community of believers and seekers, invited to gather around a common table, share a meal, and engage in deep and meaningful conversation about things that matter, especially spiritual things. Out of these experiences, an intentional community is born, providing space for healing, exploring our faith journeys, and strengthening our relationships with each other and with God, as we determine how best we can live our lives as followers of Jesus.

    We're so excited to welcome you to our third dinner event! If you're a returning guest, we can't wait to see you again! Bring a friend!

    What you can expect:

    We'll begin the event asking you to take a seat and start a conversation with new or familiar friends at your table. We'll serve you an appetizer while you converse. When it is time for the entree to be served, we'll begin a short speaking program. As we wrap up our entrée and move into our dessert, we'll have time for a Q&A and reflections, along with continued conversation. We'll end our evening by inviting those who are comfortable to participate in a short spiritual practice. It is our hope that this evening will bring you opportunities to make new connections with others, think deeply, and, most importantly, have fun!

    Is this event free?

    Yes! This event, like all other Common Table dinners, is free. You will never be asked to pay for your meal. If you desire to purchase an adult beverage, you may do so on your own.

    Where will I be able to park?

    Heist Brewery is located in the popular NoDa neighborhood, but it has its own surface parking lot! Parking in the Heist lot is free. We encourage you to arrive a little early to secure parking. If possible, we encourage you to take the light rail or other public transit options.

    How early should I arrive?

    Our event will begin at 6:00pm, so try to arrive by then. You're more than welcome to arrive early!

    What kind of meal will be available?

    Our menu for this meal is still being finalized. If you have dietary needs/restrictions, please let us know when you reserve your seat.

    Will you have vegan/vegetarian options?

    Please let us know when you reserve your seat if you have any dietary restrictions, including vegan or vegetarian preferences as well as food allergies. We'll ensure we have meal options accessible for all guests.

    Is this accessible via public transit?

    This event venue is accessible via the CATS Bus Routes 17 and 23, on N. Davidson St. CATS Bus Route 3 has a stop on 36th Street, approx. 0.5-mile, 10-minute walk from the venue. You may also opt to take the CATS Light Rail; the nearest station is 36th Street, approx. 0.5-mile, 10-minute walk.

    Will you provide childcare?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare.

    Is this a super-religious thing? What if I'm still a little questioning or unsure?
