Parents and Families will learn to:

• Give clear messages to children

• Effectively use praise

• Prevent and correct negative behaviors

• Change behavior through the use of consequences

• Help children learn self-control techniques


This is a live, online class. Please plan to join all six sessions on Mondays, June 3-July 8, from 6-8pmMT/7-9pmCT. A smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet is required to participate.


The class is free and materials are free when picked up on Thursday, May 30 or Friday, May 31 from 8:00 – 3:00between 8:00am-3:00pm at the Career Learning Center, 730 East Watertown Street, Rapid City, SD. You will be emailed with additional information.
