What does the schedule look like?

6:30 PM Check in and mingle, 7:00 PM start time, 8:30 PM dismiss and hangout!

What fitness level is this?

All fitness levels are welcome...seriously. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, just getting started, or somewhere in between, you’ll fit right in. Every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are, and the only person you’re trying to beat is yourself. Our hiit workouts are self- paced!

Do I need to bring a mat or water bottle?

We will have a water station, and we have complimentary mats, however, they are first come first serve! We are on turf so it is your preference.
