How hard are the workouts?

These workouts are for nearly all levels ages 18-60 depending on your fitness level! Our workouts are all body weight and we show you modified versions. Everything is at your own pace and you’re more than welcome to take breaks. And for our advanced people, even you will leave drenched in sweat!

Yes! You must sign a safety waiver at the beginning before the workout so get there early!

Can I play bigger part in this?

Yes! We would love to have sponsors help us out as we do this entirely ourselves with no team. Sponsoring a hydration station, cooling towels, dj costs, etc would be awesome!

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and if you have a mat, bring that too!
