This is your first chance to hit the floor, feel the energy, and set the tone for an unforgettable weekend. 

COMMIT Dance Fitness Master Class

Join Donna and Quande for a meaningful experience rooted in reflection, growth, vision, and the heart of COMMIT to You Fitness.
Together, we’ll create space to look inward exploring who we are. This moment is designed to bring honesty, inspiration, and deeper connection to the “why” behind what we do.
We’ll also take a look at where COMMIT to You Fitness is today and where we’re headed next as a company, a brand, and a COMMunITy. From the foundation we’ve built to the vision we’re stepping into, this experience is about breaking free from limits, leaning into growth, and moving forward with purpose, passion, and that unmistakable COMMIT energy.
At the end of class, we’ll come together for a special release moment, a true Break Free experience where you can leave behind whatever you’re ready to release and walk out feeling lighter, stronger, and fully alive.

Break Free: I'm Stronger Than I've Been Before with Donna & Quande

This workshop aims to offer practical tools to help you not only move but lead from a more grounded and intentional place. It starts with being connected to and confident in your own body.

In this interactive workshop, Addie invites participants into a thoughtful conversation about the relationship between breath, body awareness, confidence, and movement quality. Together, you will explore how the way you move, breathe, and carry yourself directly impacts how you show up to class as a student, how you teach as an instructor, and how your students experience your classes.

This workshop is made for those who are ready to:
● Move with more awareness and purpose
● Understand how breath supports movement and endurance
● Build confidence in their own movement style
● Lead and teach from a more grounded place

Through engaging activities, practical frameworks, and actionable strategies, participants will leave with the clarity and confidence to amplify their voice, grow their audience, and turn their passion into long term impact and success.

Keep the COMMIT Fest energy going with a night made for mixing, mingling, moving, and WILDING OUT with the COMMunITy. Come vibe with us for Wild Out Bingo…this isn’t your regular bingo night. Instead of numbers on your card, you’ll be watching for song titles, and when your track gets called, it’s time for a dance break. Think bingo meets DJ party, with music, movement, and a whole lot of “did they just call my song?!” energy. Plus, Reeseon3rd will be keeping the vibes high with a live DJ set, complimentary small bites will be available while supplies last, and drinks will be available for purchase.
The theme of the night is WILD OUT, so pull up in your fiercest animal print; leopard, zebra, jungle, untamed, all of it. We’re talking “welcome to the jungle” energy with a little flair: bold fits, big vibes, and main-character confidence from the moment you walk in. Come dressed to stand out, ready to dance, and prepared to keep the night wild.

Choreo Scene: Coast to Coast is making COMMIT Fest history, and trust us…. you are going to want to be in the room for this one. For the first time ever, this Choreo Scene is bringing something completely unexpected to the floor. Different styles, fresh energy, and one shared beat will come together in a way COMMIT has never experienced before.
This isn’t just a choreo drop,  it’s a full creative moment. Get ready for 5 EPIC, never-before-seen COMMIT choreos created with bold flavor, fresh fire, and that COMMIT magic you can only feel when you’re in the room. We’re keeping a few details under wraps for now, but just know this: Coast to Coast is about to be big, unexpected, and full of that “you had to be there” COMMIT Fest energy.


Choreo Scene: Coast to Coast

After a full weekend of high-energy movement, education, motivation, and connection,
BREATHE by Candlelight offers a slow and intentional opportunity to let it all settle in. This 75-minute candlelit experience is intended to be a restorative counterbalance to the intensity of the weekend, combining guided breathwork, mindful movement, and yin-inspired stretching to help participants release tension, cool down, and integrate everything they have experienced and learned. Set in a candlelit room to vibey R&B instrumentals, this deeply relaxing class brings the concepts of breathwork, mindful movement, stillness, and purposeful execution into practice, offering a calming and intentional way to close the weekend.

Because as Beyoncé reminds us, “This ain’t Texas…”  but the way we’re about to show up, dance, play, and turn this night out? The energy will absolutely say otherwise.

We’re wrapping up COMMIT Fest 2026 in a BIG way by bringing the dance fitness community together for one final, unforgettable celebration. This three-hour mash-up will feature not only COMMIT, but other dance fitness formats that are making waves and bringing their own fire to the floor. It’s the ultimate final fix before we say goodbye to an incredible weekend. Packed with music, movement, sweat, connection, and the kind of energy that only happens when the dance fitness world comes together.
This special Compassion Through Action event will benefit the START Unit, giving us the chance to dance with purpose and raise funds for a meaningful cause. Before the dancing begins, come early to explore vendors, shop, connect, and soak up the last moments of COMMIT Fest magic.
