This three-hour required course developed by IREC focuses in particular on timely legislative updates, the ethical and legally sound practice of limited dual agency, and lessons you can glean from recent real estate case studies. This course changes annually and the new version is released every July 1.
C.A.R. 2021 Education Policy
1. Class must be paid in full prior to the start of class to receive credit.
2. You must sign-in to receive credit.
3. 100% attendance is required to receive credit. If late, credit for the course will not be given. *Please note, “End Times” for a class is a projection.
4. The Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.
5. Electric usage is NOT permitted during class, unless otherwise specified by Instructor. Periodic breaks will be provided to allow time to return phone calls and to check emails.
6. Requests for refunds must be made at least 24 hours prior to start the start time of the course.
7. If course is missed by licensee, and no notice was given, all fees are forfeited.
