About this event
Enjoy a cigar with fellow CRE professionals and investors on the third Wednesday of every month in West LA. We'll be there from 4pm until everyone decides to leave or we get kicked out. It is an informal cigar night to chill and talk CRE -- with no guest speakers or sponsors.
The next few events will take place at the member-only Lone Wolf Cigar Club. Cigars are not included so you can bring your own, purchase them at Lone Wolf, or be the odd person out not smoking and getting high off of everyone else's second-hand nicotine.

Our venues do not provide free parking, but we will attempt to choose locations with ample parking on the surrounding streets or you may opt for paid parking if the venue offers it.

No. The group is non-discriminatory. Venues we attend may have rules which we ask that everyone respects. In addition we ask that you don't be a dick. One of the founders has been banned from an unnamed cigar store for being a dick when he was younger.
We are currently sponsored by km2. The goal is to be not for profit and non-promotional. If you would like to give free stuff to our members we might entertain the idea to promote you very very subtly.
Jordan Mendler and Abdel Torres met and both like cigars and real estate. Jordan is a technologist and commercial real estate investor. Abdel is an actor and commercial real estate broker. Abdel invited Sam Aaron who become a co-founder and regular. Sam is a commercial leasing agent.
Our first event took place at someone's house. Our next few events will be taking place at Lone Wolf in West LA. We are open to venues and suggestions. Our current plan is to remain on the west-side, but we are open to other locations if a venue presents itself and there is sufficient interest.
We will defer to the rules of each venue we attend. We ask that you ask them directly and be respectful of any rules they may have.

Blunts are not cigars, but as organizers we are not judgmental. We will defer to the marijuana policy of each venue and ask that members respect those policies.
The group is mostly targeted towards commercial real estate -- multifamily, commercial, industrial, self-storage. We are open to any real estate professional with the target of commercial. Those interested in attended can decide for themselves if they find the other members relevant.
