This class will educate residential agents and novice investors on how to develop a strategy to enter the commercial real estate arena. Participants will gain knowledge on how to gain clients and the skills required to be successful in the commercial world of real estate transactions. Marketing and education requirements to jump-start agents into a career in commercial real estate will be discussed.

EHC CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Registration Cancellation: Registration cancellation must be made through the EHC Education Hub.

Refunds & No-Show Fees: For classes/events requiring a fee, a full refund, minus the processing fee, will be given to registrants provided they cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Registrants who do not cancel via EHC Education Hub will not receive a refund.

EHC Canceled Classes & Events: EHC reserves the right to cancel a class/event as necessary. Registrants will be notified of these cancellations and will be offered a full refund. The processing fee will not be incurred.

Transfer Fees: Registrations are not transferable.
