The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) presents this free virtual clinic to our New York City small business community through our legal vendor Brooklyn Legal Services Corp. Associated (“Brooklyn A”).

Through this and our upcoming free workshops and legal clinics, SBS' Commercial Lease Assistance Program will assist those who struggle with commercial lease related issues.

These clinics allow you to have a one-on-one session with a Brooklyn A attorney to discuss any of your legal questions or concerns regarding your commercial lease.

Upon registration, you will be provided a Calendly link to select a specific time for your appointment. Please be sure to pick the 30 minute window that works best for you.

Who Should Attend This Clinic:

Small business owners looking to negotiate a new commercial lease agreement
Small business owners seeking advice or counsel on a commercial lease matter
Small business owners experiencing harassment , overcharges or other non-litigation actions from a landlord
Small business owners looking to amend, renew or terminate an existing lease agreement
