Originally from Panama and a world-traveled Army brat, Leah Beilhart's life and work covers 20 countries and 200,000+ miles across the United States. She's been published and recognized as a change-maker and social impact innovator in Washington, D.C. by Mayor Muriel Bowser. What she loves about portraiture is watching people breakthrough their insecurities and rediscover their strength, their confidence, and finding permission to love every inch of themselves.
Her time is partly spent curating events for her organization, Behold.Her, a growing community that encompasses stigmatized conversations and interviews of women.
Marta Staudinger // Panelist is an Artist and Curator based in Washington DC, and the Visionary/Director behind Latela Curatorial: an Art & Curatorial Lifestyle Boutique that provides consulting services for art collectors, business development services for artists, and curates exhibitions + events with a focus on supporting local, cultural exchange, and mindfulness. Marta also travels regularly for curatorial projects outside of DC + to lecture in Italy, Portugal and Spain as a Smithsonian Journeys Art Historian. @latelacuratorial
Nicole Crowder // Panelist is the independent furniture designer and upholsterer behind, Nicole Crowder Upholstery based in Washington D.C. Drawing on inspiration from fashion, travel, design, architecture and her ancestry, Nicole’s collections of statement furniture with eclectic textiles are constantly rotating. Working with commercial and residential clients that include hotels, restaurants, design studios and homeowners and renters, Nicole’s work has been featured on Design*Sponge, Modern Luxury DC, The Washington Post Express, Washingtonian, DC Modern Luxe magazine, Apartment Therapy, and her furniture has been sold in West Elm. @nicolemcrowder
Mollie Q. Coleman // Moderator is a growth & brand strategist, socially driven entrepreneur, philanthropist, and experiential marketing professional with over 10+ years in her industry. She is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of High Caliber Events, VP of Marketing of Noirbnb.com, and Chief Brand Officer of BYOB Live. Her background is diverse having worked in the corporate world for a real estate law firm, as a sales director for a Fortune 100 brand, and eventually landing into her passion as a full stack marketer working in every aspect of marketing. Above all, Mollie says she’s a humanitarian first. Her work and passion converges in the pursuit of her goals which is to build better communities by connecting people through unique experiences that are meaningful. That make you feel.
