Kesner LaGuerre is a LifeHikes coach and Director of Coach Development with a background that spans sales, pharma, the music industry, consulting, and keynote speaking. A former aspiring R&B singer who overcame severe stage fright, he found his purpose in helping others build the confidence and clarity to lead at their best. Since joining LifeHikes in 2018, he has coached senior leaders at organizations like Mastercard, IBM, Meta, and Universal Pictures, and leads a partnership with The Mastercard Foundation to train 12,000 youth across Africa by 2027. His focus areas include communication under pressure, executive presence, and leadership resilience.
