Overview

Got some hours under your belt, and thinking about your Command? Join us in person for the first Command Development Day, just for YAPs

Command Development Day:

Got experience as an FO, and thinking about your Command? Designed specifically for YAPs at ATPL-level or greater, this workshop-based day will equip you with the tools, confidence, and insights needed to work towards the left-hand seat.

Warden Pete Taylor, a retired Dragon Air captain with over 20 years command training experience will lead the day and pass on the wisdom from his time helping many people through the same process.

What to Expect:

  • Theory: Guidance and advice provided by Pete and other industry professionals.
  • Scenario Workshops: Interactive case studies and practical frameworks for real world decision making practice.
  • Lunch & Networking: A finger lunch included with your ticket.
  • Post-Event Professionals Social: Unwind with drinks and catch up with colleagues after a busy summer season.

Don't wait—demand for this event is high and spaces will fill quickly. We hope to see you there.
