<P>Transportation is provided to and from the airport, hotel and to the event.   Transportation is also provided for attractions within five miles of the hotel.</P>

<P> <STRONG>What's the refund policy?</STRONG></P>
<P>All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below.  Letters and/or email to commanetwork@gmail.com should be received no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the Consultation to receive the full refund (minus an administrative fee of $25.00) with the exception of emergency situations as noted below.  Telephone requests will not be honored.  Refund requests received fewer than 30 days prior to the start of the Consultation, but no less than one week before the start of the Consultation will receive a 50% registration fee refund.  Requests for refunds received less than one week before the start of the Consultation will not be considered.  Refunds will be sent within 6 weeks after the Consultation has concluded.  <BR></P>
<P>Emergency illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member:  Attendees who are unable to attend due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances must contact Stacy Scott by email at commanetwork@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the first day of the Consultation to receive a full refund less the $25 administrative fee.</P>
