About this event

  • 1 day 4 hours

We have lived our lives being taught the answer lives outside of ourselves to fix the dissatisfaction and disconnection we have towards ourselves and lives-a new outfit, job, relationship, achievement, place to live, or healing modality. But have you ever stopped to wonder if the answers already exist with you? I am here to tell you that the answers do exist within you!

In this retreat (two half days), we will introduce you to and explore a variety of modalities that help you come home to yourself as you let go of who you’ve been taught to be and align to your own core truth

The modalities of practice we will explore are self-inquirying journaling, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, somatics/nervous system regulation, embodiment (solo & partnered), and community sharing circle.

If you are:

  • New to or have been on the journey of seeking/figuring out/healing for awhile
  • Feel overwhelmed, exhausted, lost, and confused on this journey
  • Looking for a place of safety, love, beloning, truth, creativity, and expression to support you as you heal and grow
  • Are looking for community to be on the journey with and to be witnessed, held, & celebrated by

Then this retreat is for you!

Join us-this is the place to explore and to be supported in remembering & embodying your core truth again.

For the work that we will be doing, the max amount of participants we will have is 15 people.

Do I have to be experienced in yoga, meditation, somatic, and/or embodiment work to attend?

Absolutely not! This retreat is about introducing you to these tools/modalities, trying them out through an experiential practice, and helping you understand how you can bring these into your everyday life to create transformation in your life.
