Comidazo is led by Chef Armando Tam and producer Adrian Goddard.
Chef Tam, a Nicaraguan chef of Chinese descent, reimagines traditional Nicaraguan flavors through modern techniques rooted in family recipes dating back to his grandparents’ restaurant in 1955. Adrian Goddard, founder of Jaffe Events, brings over 25 years of experience producing cultural events and hospitality activations, uniting food, music, and community into memorable, high-quality experiences.

A portion of the proceeds from Comiendo Con Will will be donated to Chavalos.org, a Bay Area–based nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich traditions of Nicaraguan folkloric dance. Their vibrant performance will showcase authentic cultural expression and heritage.
