Chef Tam, a Nicaraguan chef of Chinese descent, reimagines traditional Nicaraguan flavors through modern techniques rooted in family recipes dating back to his grandparents’ restaurant in 1955. Adrian Goddard, founder of Jaffe Events, brings over 25 years of experience producing cultural events and hospitality activations, uniting food, music, and community into memorable, high-quality experiences.Join us for an intimate evening of food, culture, and storytelling at Comiendo Con Will — a unique experience celebrating Nicaraguan heritage through cuisine, dance, and music.<h3>Your ticket includes:</h3>Vigorón Chino from author Chef Armando Tam’s It’s a Vibe cookbook Tamal Pisque by HIMASUEY (@himasuey) Live traditional Nicaraguan folkloric dance performance by Chavalos.org Exclusive Meet &amp; Greet with Will SurianSupporting the Community A portion of the proceeds from Comiendo Con Will will be donated to Chavalos.org, a Bay Area–based nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich traditions of Nicaraguan folkloric dance. Their vibrant performance will showcase authentic cultural expression and heritage.Special Guest: Will Surian Will shares his inspiring journey and behind-the-scenes experience performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show alongside global superstar Bad Bunny. Hear firsthand stories about culture, representation, and the power of Latin artistry on one of the world’s biggest stages.This is more than a dinner — it’s a cultural celebration bringing together food, movement, storytelling, and community impact in an intimate setting.Limited seating available.
