<P>The Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal invites you to our annual Spring Symposium and first ever Comic Law Con on legal issues facing comic book creators and publishers. Issues and topics to be discussed will include publishing agreements, collaboration agreements, services agreements, and key legal and business issues for the comic book industry. The event will consist of two panels, each comprised of creators, practitioners and comic book publishing executives. The first panel will discuss perspectives on transactions in comic books, and the second panel will focus on business and legal issues in the comic book industry, with a question and answer discussion and reception to follow.</P>

<P>2.0 transitional/non-transitional NY State CLE credits will be available in Areas of Professional Practice</P>
