6pm ❤️Gather in community, old friends,new friends. Bring a light snack and tea will be provided

630pm ❤️ opening circle/introduction followed by guided movements that connect our breath and get us into our bodies.

7-8pm❤️ music set to include a "journey thru deep organic house, tribal infusions. hypnotic baselines and more" 🎵🎵🎵 music from around the world

8-830❤️Sound bath by Kyle with Vibration Therapy....followed by a closing circle

We welcome people of all ages to join us for a night of free form expression to a wonderfully created set of music medicine!

I will have light up flow toys to dance with to enhance the experience, feel free to bring your own

Bring a water bottle, refill station provided! Tea provided as well.

As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit. Because this is a safe space for movement and expression, we do request that you follow the three main guidelines: no shoes (and wear comfy clothes), no booze (or any drugs), no talking (body language only). All freedom of expression is welcomed, and there is no ‘right and wrong’ here. Trust in the journey and move through everything that arises." --

**The warmup is guided to help center your mind and body into the present moment while exploring playful movements. Feel free to use this as your time, all guidance is a suggestion you are welcome to come in and settle into the space however serves you best.**
