Monthly comedy open mic in Harrisonburg, VA. Every 3rd Thursday, whether or a beginner or seasoned comic, you can come out and hone your skills at this Friendly City brewery. If you're someone who just enjoys comedy, come on out and support local comedians and local business!

Is there a cover charge?

NOPE! 100% Free entry and free to sign up.

How much time do comedians get?

Typically 5 min with a warning light at 4. If there are less people signed up, we can usually extend that time a bit.

Do they serve food?

There is no hot food provided at Brothers Craft Brewing. They do have snacks (chips, pretzels, etc) but sometimes there is a food truck outside or you're welcome to bring in outside food but please support the business by buying locally crafted drinks.

What type of comedy is allowed?

We primarily do stand-up comedy though we have had improv groups participate. There are not really restrictions as to the type of content or material, as long as you are respectful to the brewery owners and audience. I would discourage bringing children to a brewery at 8-10 at night on a Thursday.
