Comedy Flow

Rivers Club

Where comedy meets yoga - start your morning with a little laughter and a lot of flow!

Start your morning with a little laughter and a lot of flow! Join us for a unique Comedy Flow experience featuring fellow member Michael Komo, who will kick things off with 15 minutes of stand-up comedy. Then, move into a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class sprinkled with plenty of humor along the way. Enjoy a complimentary mimosa when you arrive, followed by a continental-style breakfast and a cash/credit bar after class. Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if you have them, as we have a limited number available. Come stretch, laugh, sip, and start your day on a fun note!
