Comedy Counsel: Comedians Giving Bad Advice

Four standup comedians give terrible advice in an attempt to solve all the problems one problem at a time.

The only comedy show in Sacramento that gives the audience a chance to get help while laughing nonstop. Come with problems and leave with solutions.

Audience members get to ask the panel of comics for advice.

Comics featuring on the show are

John Gallagher is a comedian and writer from Reno, Nevada. Soon after relocating to California, he acquired a taste for his own destiny. His palette has yet to mislead him – John is a staple of Bay Area stand-up showcases and can be seen at the SF Punch Line, Rooster T. Feathers and Cobbs Comedy Club. From 2015-2017, he was a featured performer in the Savage Henry Comedy Festival. He was also co-creator of “The Wolf of Bitcoin,” a sketch that was included in bitcoinhelp.net's “Top 11 Funniest Bitcoin Videos,” in which he was also an actor.
Drew Absher is a stand-up comedian from Sacramento that has performed on stages all over California. His ability to blend unique observational humor with outrageous stories about his life have quickly made him a local favorite.

He finished 3rd in the Sacramento Comedy Competition in 2019, and has appeared on the Sacramento Emerging Artists Showcase and Best Of Sac Showcase at Sacramento Comedy Festival. He has performed all over the west coast, including Pioneer Underground in Seattle, Harvey’s in Portland and Savage Henry’s in Eureka, CA. Drew is a rising comedian you don’t want to miss!

Josh Davis is a great upcoming Sacramento comic who runs The Standup Sesh and preforms all over California.

Mikel Nordstrom is a standup comic and modern day white trash renaissance man based out of Sacramento California. He takes his bizarre voice and unique perspective all over the state of California. Mikel recently took the stage at the Sacramento Comedy Get Down and the Savage Henry's Comedy Festival. He is a paid regular at the Deaf Puppies Comedy Club and has headlined weekends at the Savage Henry Comedy Club.
