Presenting Sponsor: Internet Essentials from Comcast

MISSION: To ignite an interest in STEM learning to prepare our youth to compete globally through analytical thinking and design learning that fosters creativity and innovation.



Join us for a free day filled with hands-on activities in the world of STEM. Students elementary to high school will have the opportunity on a one on one with career experts.

When: Saturday, October 7, 2017

Where:HCC - West Loop

Time: 12 - 4 p.m.

Students will be travel in packs based on their grade level:

K - 5th grade: The Bear Cubs

  • Lego Engineering
  • Aviation (Air Plane Building)

6th-8th: The Lion Pak

  • Coding Robotics
  • Web Development
  • App Coding

9th-12th: The Wolf Pak

  • Cyber Security
  • Open Source
  • 3D Printing
  • Drone Operations

Program includes:

  • FREE Lunch & snacks
  • Hands-on activities
  • T-shirts & Giveaways

Parents are encouraged to attend. Parents will learn:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Computer Safety

Registration is required - this event is only for 500 students!

*Childcare will be provided for children 4 and under*
