ColorPlay: exploring science through artInspired by the effects of light, Minot artist Micah Bloom has been creating sculptures in the Radiosity series. In this workshop, he will share how science and art can go hand in hand. In ColorPlay, kids will learn about additive and subtractive color systems, play around with light's unique properties (prisms, lasers, etc.), and make a wall-hanging sculpture. Geared toward 6 - to 11-year-olds, the workshop will last for two hours. Maximum:15 participants.
