Paige serves the Florida region and is an experienced and knowledgeable expert in color, cutting, styling, and confidence-building who fosters relationships with salon professionals to prioritize education and self/client care. With over 15 years experience, Paije is a multi-faceted Beauty Professional whose passions include color correction, barbering and hair extensions to name a few. She has built her success from the ground up as a Salon Professional, Salon Leader and most recently Field Education Leader. Her positive mindset and proactive approach are the foundation of her personal and professional growth. Paije empowers with an inclusive, collaborative spirit in all that she does. Paije has also been a lead stylist for events in the fashion and media industry including, New Orleans fashion week and Miss Illinois for Miss USA Pageant.

Brian McGonigal is a color and design specialist with decades of experience and a thriving clientele. As an educator for Redken, Goldwell and currently a Regional Training Artist for Hair Cuttery Family of Brands, elevating the skills and earnings of Salon Professionals through education is his passion.
