College Executive Functioning Program | Spring 2026

This program is designed for college students registered with UCF CARD attending any college within Central Florida.

Are you a college student registered with UCF CARD looking to learn new executive functioning skills to stay organized? Join us for weekly sessions during the Spring 2026 college semester. This program will include the following topics: canvas navigation, understanding the syllabus, requesting accommodations, note taking, studying, communicating with peers and professors, time management, organization, and planning strategies. We will also share information about campus resources at your college or university!

Eligibility Requirements: (1) You must be registered with UCF CARD. (2) You must be an active college student attending a college or university in the Central Florida area. This course is for college students only (18+)!!

This group will meet for 8 weeks January 21st-March 11th on Wednesdays from 4:00PM-5:00PM online via zoom.
