What to expect?

You will lay comfortably and be led through a 60 minute breathwork period with the assistance of Jacque - there will be music playing and other people participating.

You will be laying on the ground so please bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets and anything you may want to get cozy! Some blankets and mats are available at hq but not enough for everyone.

Hq partners with local queer and women centered organizations that are doing work in the rva & Virginia communities to raise funds on a bimonthly basis. Some planned organizations include equalityVA, Side by Side, Mad RVA Mutual Aid. Jacque has been so kind to offer these sessions at no cost to supp
