In a city filled with yoga classes meant only to impress instagram audiences, Fresh Prana offers a unique treasure of authentic yoga classes led by experienced teachers that teach from the heart center a variety of styles including Kundalini, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Sound Healing, Prenatal, Restorative, and more. Husband and wife team and co-oweners, Chloe and Chris Maanas held the vision that this space was about more than what meets the eye here in this city that's so visually focused.  We're looking here to go within, explore our souls, and see what healing spaces need to be worked on together.  This is a space of community and authenticity where people can share their offerings with open hearts and curious minds.

Fresh Prana Yoga

An experiential workshop. Learn about art composition, practice yoga to get into a heightened state, and create your own work of collage art

Through art we open our channel to live in a state of flow. We find a deeper awareness of our subconscious mind and can hear our intuition clearly. In this art ceremony we will work with collage art to tap in and find what’s beneath the surface. Transcendental Artist, Sharon Revital Aluma will share on how to see with an artists eye. Through an intro to art presentation we will look at merging forms, composition and how to surrender in the process of creation. After that you will be guided through Meditation and Kirya  into the creative field. Sharon will be there by your side, helping you to break through any creative blocks. This is the space to listen to the oracle of your soul.This art ceremony is for everyone, you do not need any prior experience. This is about making art, it is not about creating a vision board. If you are inspired to bring some magazines, old books or your favorite pair of scissors please do. All materials needed will be provided. Sharon Revital Aluma is a Transcendental Artist and Spiritual Guide merging the worlds of energetics and art.
