If you are unfamiliar with Skype for Business, not to worry, you will have an opportunity to attend a brief pre-workshop support session with our highly trained SOS Support Buddy's. In the workshop they will support you in making sure that you are able to quickly and easily access the meeting room, so on the day of the workshop you are ready to go!
