Our collaborative CRM meetups are a space for discussing questions and sharing best practices on rolling out a CRM platform across chapters or affiliated organizations.To receive future invites to these discussions and updates from the group signuphere.

North Peak Solutions

These events bring together associations, national or regional networks, and affiliated nonprofits to discuss how orgs can &amp; do use shared CRM solutions to manage common business processes and share data. These CRM solutions can range from Salesforce managed packages to single Salesforce environments that multiple offices or organizations share access to. We created them because we want to compile the wealth of knowledge the Salesforce nonprofit community has about these solutions, including best practices, challenges, and cool stuff we’ve done. The meetup is open to all-- whether you’re thinking about implementing a shared CRM solution, already have one, or just want to learn more about them, you’re welcome to join! We’ll have Salesforce administrators, IT and Operations professionals, consultants, and others. For our December meetup, we’re going to do a Q&amp;A with Karen Pederson, Associate Director for the <a href="https://www.hocmn.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Minnesota Homeownership Center</a>. In 2020, they began an initiative to design a shared technology platform to manage housing counseling services across their network of 36 member agencies. Today, they have 34 agencies sharing a single Salesforce environment (which leverages the HomeKeeper app) and 2 agencies operating in their own Salesforce instances and sharing data with the Center.
