Five course beer dinner featuring paired selections from Grand Fir Brewing and Breakside Brewing to celebrate a new collaboration brew!

<p>G﻿rand Fir Brewing in collaboration with Breakside Brewing presents a five course beer dinner paired with selections from both breweries to celebrate the release of a new collaboration brew! The beer dinner is a 40 seat ticketed family style dinner, with the official release of the beer happening at 8PM after the dinner. We will open the doors to the public at 8PM to join us for the celebration. Snacks from the kitchen will be available at 8PM as well.</p>

<h1>M﻿ENU</h1><h3>Welcome Bite: </h3><p>Kusshi Oyster on the half shell with smoked shallot and country ham</p><p><em>Paired with Schwartzbier (Grand Fir) </em></p><h3>First Course:</h3><p>Cured MacFarland Springs Rainbow Trout, sour orange, avocado, chicories, brewers malt granola</p><p><em>Paired with OG Pale (Grand Fir)</em></p><h3>Second Course:</h3><p>Grilled Oregon Albacore Tuna, with olives, hot chili peppers, basil, Meyer lemon and hazlenuts </p><p><em>Paired with Bellweather or Perpetual Motion (Breakside) </em></p><h3>Third Course:</h3><p>Smoked Spiced Beef Short Ribs, honey Kolsch sweet bbq sauce, pickles, Hawaiian rolls</p><p>Served with:</p><ul><li>Roasted sweet potato, creamy poblano sauce and toasted coconut </li><li>Collard greens, guajillo chili butter, spicy peanuts </li></ul><p><em>P﻿aired with Chef&#x27;s Kiss (Breakside &amp; Grand Fir Brewing Collboration) </em></p><h3>Dessert:</h3><p>Brewer&#x27;s Sundae: beer caramel, malted chocolate syrup, graham, Spanish peanuts, vanilla soft serve </p><p><em>Paired with Finders Keepers BA Stout (Breakside)</em></p>
