This all-new workshop series will focus on building understanding around the key conditions that enable systems-level change, how to think systemically about your work, how to explore what is happening below the surface of issues, and determine how you and your partners can pursue change in a systemic, relational, and holistic manner.Attendees can register for a “full workshop series pass” to join both online workshops or register for a single workshop. Each workshop is 3.5 hours; registration includes access to a copy of the recording and presentation materials.Who should join “Collaborating for Systems Change”? This workshop series is designed for those working in collaborative efforts and are looking for more resources on how to recognize and engage with broader systems.<h2> Workshop Descriptions and Focus</h2><h3>Supporting the Conditions to Advance Systems Change</h3>Date &amp; Time: Wednesday, November 8. 1pm – 4:30pm ETTo make lasting, transformational progress in communities, collaborative initiatives often pursue both programmatic work and systems change strategies. But the idea of “systems change” can feel vague and can be interpreted in a range of ways by different individuals. This is an online learning series. We will use Zoom Meeting for all sessions.What time zone are the workshops using? We are using Eastern Time (US &amp; Canada) with each session running from 1pm – 4:30pm ET. If you are joining from another time zone, please note the time difference.What will each workshop entail? Each 3.5-hour workshop will include a mix of presentation, personal reflection, Q&amp;A, and small group discussions. There will be a short break planned during each workshop.What accessibility practices will this series be using? We will have zoom auto-captions on for each workshop. Ahead of the workshop, we will send out copies of any presentation or handouts that the workshop will use. After the workshop, we will share recordings of the session as well as any referenced resources. If you sign up for the full “Collaborating for Systems Change” workshop series pass, you are signing up for both the November 8 and November 30 workshops. If you sign up for a single workshop in the series, you will be registering for just that specific workshop.Will workshops be recorded? The workshop presentation and full group Q&amp;A will be recorded and shared after the workshop with those who registered. Breakout group discussions that occur during the workshop will not be recorded. Recordings will be shared within one week after the workshop.Are there Group Rates available? Yes. If you have 10 or more people interested in registering for the complete series of two workshops ($350), there is a 10% discount available. No. Each person will require their own registration as this is an active workshop where attendees will be broken up into small groups during the workshop time to discuss learning questions during the session.How do I request a refund? Registered participants who decide to cancel their participation in either the full “Collaborating for Systems Change” workshop series or a single workshop will receive a refund of their registration fee minus a 10% processing fee. The 10% fee covers non-recoupable administrative and credit card processing expenses associated with registration and event preparation. All refund requests should be emailed to christopher@detailsbycp.com.
