Cacao & Intention Setting


A heart opening drink of Aya Pacha ceremonial cacao from Ecuador while we set our intention for immersing into the cold water.

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Activating Breathwork


We will be mouth breathing and practising breath holds so this isn't suitable for anyone pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Ice Immersion


We will be entering the immersion tank 1 at a time while the others hold space. Followed by movement to warm the body.

There will be cacao and intention setting to start the workshop.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets cannot be transferred.
