Co•Lab Dance, founded and directed by ABT's Lauren Post, is in its second season of performances this summer.

Co•Lab Dance, founded and directed by ABT's Lauren Post, is in its second season of performances this summer. The Company offers a great opportunity to see some of ABT's dancers performing brand new works in an up close and personal setting. This season will feature three world premieres choreographed by Gemma Bond (formerly of ABT), Danielle Rowe (formerly of Nederlands Dans Theater), and Xin Ying (Martha Graham), and will feature dancers from ABT and NYTB. The performances will also be premiering a short ballet film created by and starring ABT soloist and Co•Lab dancer Cassandra Trenary, featuring Calvin Royal III, underwritten in part by the Annenberg Fellowship Fund for the Arts.Performances will take place on Friday and Saturday, September 6th and 7th at 7:30pm at Manhattan Movement and Arts Center.

We would love for you to join us at our opening night VIP reception immediately following our Friday night performance. Audience members will have the opportunity to meet the dancers and choreographers, as well as mingle over light snacks and beverages.For admission to our opening night VIP reception, we ask for a minimum donation of $50.00 to Co•Lab Dance through the donation link in our website.
