About this event

Join us in a discussion of The Art & Power of Facilitation with Serena Fulton, Owner, Rootspace.

Serena Fulton is the owner of Rootspace, an organizational development consultancy on a mission to make work, work better for us. A portal person, facilitator, and creative strategist, Serena's focus is on helping individuals and groups transform themselves and their relationships through the spaces and containers created to hold work.

Serena believes facilitation is a critical skill in organizations that gets overlooked as a vehicle for change and underdeveloped in leaders and team members as a result. Facilitation is the art of making things easier, and can be the key to driving an effective meeting, hosting a powerful event, or developing a creative strategy. Effective facilitation can deepen relationships while unlocking new ideas and creative possibilities.

Prior to launching Rootspace in January 2023, Serena worked for 5 years at Floricane, where she managed change management and culture building initiatives, consulted on strategic planning projects, developed onboarding programs, and facilitated team and leadership development trainings.
