Coffee cupping: exploring processes

2 Shaker Rd building HShirley, MA
Saturday, Mar 14 from 10 am to 12 pm
Overview

An introduction to coffee processes (washed, natural, honey, fermentations, etc.) through a guided cupping experience

The flavor of coffee doesn't come just from the bean or the roast. All coffee goes through some post-harvest process which effects what you taste in the cup. This event will provide an introduction to coffee processes (washed, natural, honey, fermentations, etc.) through a guided cupping experience. Participants will be given an overview of coffee processes with a side by side tasting of coffees produced using these methods. No experience necessary!
