Start your weekend off with a deliciously stimulating hour of chocolate, coffee, and conversation. Together we'll taste 3-5 different single origin coffees, sourced from a local coffee roaster, paired along with our single-origin dark chocolates. You'll learn about key flavor profiles of coffee and chocolate, how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate and coffee, and how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors. Coffee and chocolate will be enjoyed alongside complimentary local Black Seed Bagels and vegan cream cheese.
Class is approximately 1 hour long
Class Policies:
- Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling: Ticket refunds are available as class credit only, up to 7 days before event. Within 7 days, there is a 30% rescheduling fee up until 48 hrs before the event. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations within 48hrs of the event.
- Children: Due to the nature of our classes, children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed. Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
- What to wear: Please wear close toes shoes and long pants. Hair nets and aprons will be provided. Please bring a hair-tie to tie back hair. This class can get messy, so dress accordingly.
