About this event

Words are important. They hold energy, meaning, and images. Rather than setting a resolution for 2024, join us for a special event in which you'll select a transformative Word of the Year (WOTY) to serve as a touchstone to uplevel your life.

Before choosing our WOTYs, we will be guided in the Do-Have-Be model. Positive change begins when you know the things you want to do so you can have the things you want and then become who you want to be.

At Newport Healthcare, we believe in sustainable healing. We bring teens and young adults from self-destruction to self-esteem by treating primary mental health issues, addressing the underlying causes of high-risk behavior. We treat individuals ages 12–27 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma-related issues, along with co-occurring eating disorders and substance abuse. Through our clinical expertise and holistic care, we strive to help alleviate the stigma surrounding teen and young adult mental health.
