Mindfully Austin is a podcast showcasing local business and entrepreneurs that have an intention of uplifting humanity through their work. We host monthly gatherings,  Coffee & CommuniTEA, workshops and retreats, where we connect, grow and build lasting relationships. In our monthly Coffee and CommuniTEA gatherings, we feature our podcast guests, and  ask a question/ prompt, that is reflective of their inspiring work, and we answer in circle form while sipping delicious coffee or tea.This allows an opportunity to learn about their business and mission, and how they can help you and how we can collectively support each other!

<h2>Join Us for Coffee &amp; CommuniTEA!</h2><p>Mindfully Austin invites you to a heart centered gathering created to bring people togther over coffee, tea, and meaningful conversation.  We will be sharing our one word intention for the year, how it serves as a guiding message in our lives and creating space to reflect, listen, and connect.  For those of you who don't have a word we will offer a gentle, guided meditation to help you uncover the intention that feels aligned and intuitive for you this year.  We welcome you!  </p>
