Corporate and organizational culture has been getting a lot of media attention of late…and it is quickly becoming a primary consideration for employees when choosing where to work and spend their time. After all, we do spend an average of 35% of our waking hours at or doing “work” (for some of us, much more).

What does a healthy and thriving workplace culture look and feel like? Have you experienced this for yourself or seen it elsewhere? What are some common themes and characteristics? What can we all do to help bring our own workplaces closer to this ideal?

Join panelists Jeff Agnor from DARS Law and Wendy Slaughter from The Wendy Slaughter Team at VYBE Realty as we explore the importance of fostering a healthy culture.
