Coffee & Captives - SkySong Building One, Global Room 201 (& Virtual)

This is a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual attendance available. For those attending onsite at SkySong, there will be a light breakfast provided with ample opportunity for networking and best practice sharing. For those attending virtually, the meeting link will be sent out prior to the event. The event is only open to HR practitioners and C-Suite personnel.

We will start out with a refresher on self-funding and why that is the only way to structure a sustainable health plan for your employees in today's day and age. ParetoHealth and Sun Life will then discuss how their solutions enable self-funding downstream for employers with 50+ employees enrolled on the health plan.

Finally, we'll close with how the Pareto captive enables solutions as if you were a jumbo employer; you get all of the same employee benefits, cost containment tools and economy of scale as if you had a 1MM+ employees on your plan!

This is a session you don't want to miss if you're struggling with the status quo and looking for a new path forward for sustainable health insurance and employee benefits. We look forward to seeing you there, in person or virtually!

Presenters:

  • Chace Case, Founder & CEO, Anti-Broker Benefits, LLC
