Bring a friend to our wellness community event. Get energized and recover from the week with a cold plunge and a warm coffee.

Bring your friends, neighbors, coworkers anyone that you would want to chill with.

Hosted on select Friday afternoons from 1:30-3PM and Saturdays 9AM-10:30

  • Bring your own towel
  • entry fee covers our ice and milk/bean costs
  • Will have a restroom/chairs inside Chiropractic House KC

Frequently asked questions

Do I bring my own towel?

Yes. If you don’t you will have a cold wet bum while you drive home. But, the warm coffee may distract you.

Is the coffee decaf?

No. We don’t do that here.

Can I bring my wife/ girlfriend?

She’s considering it? Wow, she sounds cool. Yeah bring her with. Bring all your friends.
