Join us for our inaugural coffee class - Coffee 101: Seed to Cup.
This class is designed to provide participants with a broad understanding of coffee, covering its rich history, the dispersion of arabica varietals, the impact of the different coffee processing methods and roast levels on coffee as well as the main coffee growing regions and the impact of their terroirs. The class will conclude with a coffee tasting that will encompass the information discussed earlier in the class.
Where:
This class will be held at our roasting facility at 3716 Walton Avenue at the Historic Hildebrandt Building.
Tickets:
Tickets are $25 with proceeds will be donated to Ronald and Noelia - the farmers of our El Diamante coffee and will be matched by Rising Star. Seating is limited to 10 participants but no worries- we will have other coffee class opportunities.
Materials:
Just bring yourself and some questions- we will provide the rest. Each participant will receive a booklet that pairs with the class information.
